These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Telmark marketing website. The website provides information about potential AI phone service partnerships. It is not itself a telecommunications service, an AI calling service, or a customer service agreement.
Using the website
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit information you are not entitled to share. If you contact us on behalf of a company, make sure you are authorized to do so.
Partnerships and commercial terms
Sending an inquiry does not place an order, create a partnership, or activate a service. Pricing, revenue sharing, eligibility for no-money-down arrangements, usage allowances, integrations, support responsibilities, and launch timing must be confirmed in a separate written agreement. If an executed agreement conflicts with this website, the agreement controls the services it covers.
Examples and performance claims
Sample bills, branded mockups, activation scenarios, booking examples, and retention charts marked illustrative are examples, not evidence of actual customer results or a forecast. Published third-party research is attributed to its source and may not represent your market. Revenue, adoption, retention, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.
Service descriptions
Available capabilities depend on the agreed service scope, supported phone systems, integrations, and implementation. References to future capabilities do not commit Telmark to a release date. This website does not provide emergency calling or replace a business’s existing emergency communications arrangements.
Content and intellectual property
Website content, branding, images, and design are owned by Telmark or used under applicable rights. You may view the site and share links for business evaluation. These terms do not grant a right to copy our branding, resell website content, or imply an endorsement. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
